This is to acknowledge the purchase of the sponsorship package checked below. The undersigned agrees to sponsor D&M racing and understands the benefits and requirements of each package as outlined in previous pages. Once agreed upon,you shall remain liable for payment of the sponsorship price. Please remit payment in full with this agreement. This includes all sponsorship package regardless of event date. If an event is prevented by reason of inclement weather you will be notified of the make-up date. It is your responsibility to provide D&M racing with the decals, shirts, stickers, business cards, etc. All merchandise will have to be submitted ten(10) days prior to each event or prior to the beginning of the season schedule.
